Our two mixed beed pitts seem to love this dogfood. Their bowls are always empty after feeding time. The female has been treated in the past for repeated UTI infections. Her case has significantly improved after changing her to this brand of food. We're sold on it.

Disgusted with the Nature's Recipe

I have been feeding my dogs this food for years, because my doodle has a chicken allergy. I just found out, after reading some reviews, that this manufacturer recently started adding a large amount of chicken into this recipe, with no change to the bag, or even a large print notice about the new addition of chicken, which might harm the health of some dogs. I am switching from Nature's Recipe today; they have lost my loyalty.

Changed Formula, Smaller Bag

Bag is now smaller for almost the same price. In addition they changed the formula. My dog, who has eaten this food for years, now refuses to eat this new formula. He has a sensitive stomach so it makes changing his food a pain. Sad to see this formula change.

Used this for years but will no longer. They've sold out, changed the formula, lessened the weight of the bag. Very disappointing! Why not leave well enough alone? Oh, that's right, they care about bottom line and not what pet owners need or want.

Not the same dogfood

I have been feeding my 3 dogs natures recipe dog food for the past year. The last shipment was supposed to be the lamb and rice blend. Now they have changed it to now contain chicken as the 2nd ingredient. All 3 of my dogs have gotten sick and won't eat it anymore. Such a disappointment
